作为中科盛联环境工程总工程师以及中关村众信土壤修复产业技术创新联盟场地及地下水修复专家委员会委员,金跃群博士熟悉掌握美国最先进的场地修复技术,从事环保工作30余年,在全美26个州参与过超过500个污染场地的调查评估与修复工程,主持和参与了数十个大型土壤和地下水修复项目,积累了丰富的复杂污染场地修复工程的实际经验。在污染场地修复方面的具体工作经验包括:大型复杂水文地质污染场地调查、修复技术评估和可行性研究、修复方案设计和工程预算、野外修复技术中试、大型修复工程设计、建设、调试和运行管理以及污染修复系统优化等方面。

金跃群博士引入系统工程的理念,将区域性的环境保护和手术式的治理方法相接合,给客户提供最优化的环保解决方案;在场地修复工程中自创了一套寻找地下水与土壤污染体主要污染源的方法,在很多美国空军基地和陆军基地,以及石油化工企业中得到了成功的应用。多次承接来自美国空军基地、陆军基地、石油化工企业的大型土壤和地下水的污染修复项目,带领专业团队在这些大型项目中采用了一系列最新的场地修复技术,有效地加快了场地污染治理的进度和降低了治理成本。

金跃群博士开创“地球医生”和“环保医院”理念,将环境修复治理的调查检测、治理施工和维护预防比作为地球诊查、治疗和护理预防,将环境修复全产业比作环保医院,并致力于“环保工具箱”的组建,已达到迅速排查确认污染源和种类,针对性制定治理方案,合理有效施工治理,定期检测记录的目标。

指导参与过的场地修复项目包括中国《土十条》与《水十条》涉及的整个产业链,包括污染的调查、污染地块信息系统的建立与管理、场地风险评估、风险管控、治理方案设计,施工和优化、效果评估等一系列的技术服务。项目小到加油站和炼油厂泄露造成的污染,中到上百平方公里的工业园地和军事基地,大到几十个县的全流域资源保护。
